Ashford is a town in the county of Kent, England. It lies on the River Great Stour at the south edge of the North Downs, about 61 miles southeast of central London.

Elwick Place will comprise a new 100,000 sq ft leisure and restaurant development in the heart of Ashford Town Centre, anticipated to open Christmas 2018.The development will include a new 6 screen Picturehouse Cinema with approximately 1,000 seats, 7 restaurant units onthe ground floor, a new meeting and events space at Elwick Square, a 58 room Travelodge hotel and new homes. The scheme will benefit from a surface car park of 282 spaces,in addition to the existing 600 space multi-storey car park in the adjacent County Square Shopping Centre – home to Debenhams, M&S, H&M and Next.
