We have recruited two new graduates and a new Associate Partner in Nicole de Blaquiere, expanding our agency team with Nicole and bolstering our offering in retail-led mixed-use destinations.
Nicole joins us after six years at Cushman & Wakefield, bringing extensive retail market experience and expertise having acted for a wide range of landlords such as TfL, Romulus, British Land, Landsec, Shaftesbury and URW.
Nicole has had almost 11 years’ experience in client facing roles and is skilled at understanding individual client needs. She uses her in-depth knowledge of retailers to effectively target occupiers who assist in delivering her clients objectives. Nicole will be working alongside the Green & Partners agency team as Associate Partner on existing shopping centre and high street assets as well as providing retailer consultancy advice.
Will Civil and Ben Sykes join Green & Partners from Nottingham Trent University and Henley Business School respectively and are both working with clients across the agency, lease advisory and investment teams.
