WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL TO JOIN OUR MARKET LEADING AGENCY TEAM
With our nationwide coverage, we deliver strategic initiatives for all stakeholders of retail and leisure property; our client base extends across pension funds, property companies, local authorities, private individuals and national retailers.
We have an excellent track record of resolving issues created by the structural changes in consumer habits and are actively involved in the repurposing of 10 department stores to deliver a variety of mixed use schemes.
From the outset the successful individual will have direct exposure to the company's clients and work within the Soho based team to grow the business which we are all passionate about.
The successful individual will have:
- Upwards of 1 years post qualified experience up to Associate Level
- Agency background preferred but not essential
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Desire to work as part of a team and alongside Investment and Lease advisory departments
