Green & Partners have been recognised in the CoStar 2022 Awards with two awards and four other placements in the Office category for six different regions around the UK.
In 2021, our Office Advisory team – Darren Coleman and Freddie King – worked against a tight deadline for retained client Reed In Partnership to seek out and acquire office space in 87 locations around the UK. This instruction took Darren and Freddie around the UK to find office space or retail space which could be repurposed to provide locations from which Reed In Partnership would service two Government contracts.
It is therefore no surprise that Green & Partners secured Awards for the Most Active Acquisition Agent at the 2022 CoStar Awards for the Essex and Northampton regions, and 2nd, 3rd and 4th places in Derby, Liverpool, Newcastle and Leicester respectively.
The CoStar Awards celebrate the top agencies in markets across the UK for their cumulative deals in the previous calendar year. A huge congratulations to Darren and Freddie on our Office Advisory team on these achievements.
