Monday saw a positive day at Old Market, Hereford. It was not only great to see shoppers return, but the day saw meetings with three potential occupiers for the scheme. Indicative of the evolving market and as part of the teams strategy in working with British Land to deliver a variety of users, each occupier was from a different sector and all would complement the existing schemes' offer.
There was further positivity as fit out works were commencing for two restaurant lettings completed during lockdown, both to successful Hereford restaurateurs. It was also fantastic to see Fox & Mabel – a local home and lifestyle retailer – trading from their additional unit as well as rounding off the day with a top class burger at The Beefy Boys and witness their newly extended restaurant.
