Full-service retail property specialists Green & Partners have moved into new premises at 27 Beak Street, adjacent to Carnaby Street, as the partners eye further growth in 2021.
The 14-strong team has taken up 1,500 sqft2 of single floor office space at 27 Beak Street, in London's retail heart, after the space was newly refurbished and refitted including reconfiguration of the space to meet the needs of the established property consultancy.
When many businesses are reviewing their office space requirements, Green & Partners are investing in the future of their business. Green & Partners was founded in 1992 and the business has seen continued growth working across Investment, Agency and Lease Advisory for high street, shopping centre, leisure and other property sectors.
Today Green & Partners is lead by six equity partners Matt Beardall, Adam Bindman, David Freeman, Stephen Parker, Ed Smith and Mike Willoughby, and this recent change to new premises, along with an updated website, is reflective of their positive outlook for the business.
