Meet the team

Stephen is a Partner in the Lease Advisory Department and leads the in-town professional team.  He advises a variety of clients in matters such as the re-gear of leases, lease renewal work and rent review.  Stephen is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

His focus is on providing landlords and tenants with a clear appreciation of their asset’s value and how best to achieve that goal in a considered tactical framework.  This advice stems from his many years of market experience and excellent knowledge of the review arbitration process and also the workings of Court procedures.  He is a trained arbitrator and regularly receives appointments from the RICS, primarily in Central London.
