Meet the team

Simon is a Partner, and advises clients on both agency and lease advisory work across the retail market. This includes letting negotiations, re – gears, lease renewal and review work.

Simon is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor and an accredited Arbitrator (including PACT), and an Independent Expert. In this capacity he receives regular appointments from the Dispute Resolution Service of the RICS. He was part of the Working Party resulting in the publication of “Surveyors acting as Advocates 1ST Edition PS”.

The range of property he deals with covers the High Street, retail parks, DIY stores, supermarkets and restaurants. In addition he provides both asset management and investment appraisal advice.
