Meet the team

Richard is an Associate Partner within the Retail Warehouse Agency Department.  He advises clients on shopping parks and retail parks, DIY stores and food stores from both a development and asset management angle.

Richard has worked with most of the UK’s institutional Landlords including Aviva, AXA CIS, Land Securities, ING, Canada Life, Henderson and Kier and has been instrumental in bringing International retailers to the UK including Best Buy and Amazon.  Richard has acted for several national-brand retailers across the spectrum of user classes – most recently House of Fraser – and has been involved in several food store transactions.

Richard’s forte is to deliver results above expectation on schemes that have been considered “tricky” or that have become stagnant.
