James joined Green & Partners in 2007 having successfully completed a post graduate diploma in estate management at London South Bank University.
James is in the Lease Advisory Department and specialises in the valuation of in-town retail property. James primarily advises institutional and property company clients regarding the formulation of rent review strategies for high street and shopping centres and the negotiation of rent reviews and lease renewals.
