James Baillie

Investment
James is an Associate Partner within the Investment Department and has been an investment specialist since 1999. He is focussed on the retail sector and is directly involved in the acquisition, disposal and funding of a wide variety of retail assets including shopping centres, ‘high street’ unit shopping, supermarkets and retail warehouses throughout the UK as well as ‘mixed-use’ and leisure properties.
James has represented a variety of clients including major UK institutions and pension funds, property investment and development companies, foreign investors, (in particular German Institutions and Northern Irish Investors), and high ‘net worth’ private investors.
