Lease Advisory
Darren is an Associate Partner in the Lease Advisory Department and specialises in the valuation of in-town retail property. Darren also acts for Reed Specialist Recruitment with regard to their professional work within England and Wales, and also acts for a wide range of funds and property companies.
Darren also has increasingly extensive office experience, and has acted on rent reviews and lease renewals in this sector in Central London, together with many major cities including Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds and York.
In addition he is responsible for mentoring graduates through the APC process.
