July 2010 - David Freeman and Steve Morgan join Green & Partners.David Freeman has joined Green & Partners from Colliers International where he was Director on the Retail Investment team. David will join as an equity Partner and will head up the investment department, working across both the In Town and Out Town markets alongside Peter Pain and James Baillie. Steve Morgan has joined Green & Partners from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was a partner in the Shopping Centre Leasing department. Steve will be a Partner at Green & Partners, and will work in the existing In Town retail agency team alongside Steve Cottrell, Paul Cooper, Adam Bindman and Matt Beardall. Matt Beardall has joined Green & Partners as a surveyor in the In Town agency team. Matt has recently completed a MSc in Real Estate at Reading University. Simon Quick has been appointed as a Partner and will continue to advise on retail professional matters. |
