Stephen joined Green & Partners in 1992 from Lambert Smith Hampton and was made equity partner in 1998. He is also an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He has extensive experience in all aspects of professional work and specialises in the valuation of high street and shopping centre premises; particularly with regard to rent reviews, lease renewals and re-gears/asset management. He also acts on variety stores and supermarkets. The majority of his instructions are for institutional funds and property companies
Stephen is included on the President’s List of Approved Arbitrators for Central London and England and Wales
