James joined
Green & Partners in 1994 and concentrates on retailer acquisitions
(e.g. C J Clark) and asset management initiatives on clients’ retail
park holdings, as well as advising numerous institutions, property
companies and retained retailer clients in the out of town
sector. James became an equity partner in 1999.
