Green & Partners appointed on Re-development in Witney

On behalf of The Co-operative, Green & Partners have been appointed sole agents for a redevelopment scheme at Witney.

Currently trading as B&Q, the unit will be split to provide up to 35,000 sq. ft. of open A1 retail warehouse terrace in bespoke unit sizes.
